This is digital art of an Ercoupe a friend of mine used to own. It was painted in the colors of an evaluation aircraft flown by the RAF during the war. These aircraft were built during the forties, fifties and sixties for the general aviation market. They are easy and fun to fly. The sides of the canopy recess into the fuselage for an open cockpit experience on nice days.
